Couldn’t resist a new post.
In my trials to instigate change and challenge the status quo, I heard something interesting recently :
The more they complain, the more you know you are accomplishing something
This to me embodies what, as Scrum Masters, should constitue our single most important Key Performance Indicator (For the metric lovers!!). As so many before me have written and hopefully I did, Scrum is one of the greatest tools to highlight problem areas in an organization. When faced with Change, this is why Ken Schwaber said that “Empirical Process takes courage”, we therefore have to expose what Teams are going through and stare our opponent(Business) down. One that has for a long time, been snoring loudly!
